Tummy Time

I guess all our practice worked! Ryder rolled to his tummy during his nap on Saturday - and instead of crying to be turned back over, he slept for 2 1/2 hours! Woohoo!

Cousins

Last night Ryder helped me babysit his cousin Autumn while Nick and Laura went out for dinner and drinks.  The kids were perfect - they loved our walk and were both in bed asleep before 9 :)

To me, Ry's photo says "a little wild and crazy" and Autumn's says "so sweet and innocent".  They'll balance each other out nicely :)

Great Weekend for a Hike!

We took Ryder hiking for the first time this weekend and he loved it! He squeeled with excitement and smiles from the moment we put him in the carrier.

We also spent a little time this weekend teaching Ryder how to sleep on his tummy.  I'd say "nigh night" and he'd lay his head down :)

Randoms

Ry has learned to drink out of a sippy cup by himself.  He loves it, too - I bet he'd try to drink from the cup for hours if we let him!
