Flag Football | Season 1

Ry had a great time in his first season of flag football. He has such a passion for the game.

First Day of Summer Break

Last Friday was our first day of summer break. I don't know who was more excited to break free from the schedule - the kids, or me!! We're down to scheduling around one naptime for one kid - who is pretty flexible. 

So, this particular Friday, we hit all of my favorite local spots.

I was watching Autumn, so we started the morning by packing into my sister's SUV (to fit all 4 kids!!) and proceeded to travel around town jammin to her Kidzbop tunes. I was excited and wanted them to be, too :)

...Where the three big kids were like peas in a pod...

...They stuck together the entire time...

...Then we hit the splash pad...

...Then we hit the beach for a picnic and lake time...

And lastly, we went home for nap for Breck and baking cookies for the big kids! Needless to say, I was exhausted by the end of the day, but we all had a ton of fun :)

Friday Fun

I am so excited that school is out and I get all three of my boys on Fridays!! Today we went on another little adventure. There were two school buses at the playground we planned on spending the morning at, so after a short time, we wandered down a path and found this great quiet beach.

Pure joy...

Logan loooves being a big brother. I found him putting sunscreen on Brecken (perfectly) before we left and he continued to help him throughout the day.

The best days are the messiest days :)
