Happy Valentine's Day

First "Solid" Food

Tonight we gave Ry his first bowl of rice cereal. He loved the cereal and ate from a spoon like he'd been doing it for months. When it was gone, he grabbed the bowl like he was searching it to see if there was possibly one more bite left...

Okay, the tray's a bit excessive - haha...

"Ooooh...this is going to be fun!"

Look How Much I've Grown!

5 Months

Now that Ryder is 5 months old, he has mastered grabbing both feet, rolling from his tummy to his back and just yesterday, he started rolling from his back to his tummy! He has aslo started to be able to take his nuk out and put it back in - which makes mom and dad really excited since he often wakes at night to let us know he'd like his nuk put back in his mouth :)

Such a happy baby!

Rolling Over - I Finally Caught It!!

After Ry's bath tonight, I was putting lotion on his back and could not get him to stay on his tummy! Each time I took my hands off him for a minute he'd flop over onto his back! I know it looks like an accident, but it was his third time in a row...he just hasn't mastered doing it with grace yet :)

I Can Grab My Feet!

Just a couple days shy of 5 months - Ry's been grabbing his left foot for a while now, but yesterday he grabbed both feet at the same time. So talented :) He also rolled over from his back to his tummy right after this (with only a teeny adjustment from daddy), but my camera's memory card filled up halfway through the roll!!

4 Months

I can't believe Ryder is 4 months already!

• 1/4/10: Ry had his first day at daycare today and did great! Mom did good, too :)
  
• 1/10/10: Ryder rolled over for the first time tonight!! On our living room floor, he rolled over from his tummy to his back. Dad missed the first one, so Ry was thoughtful enough to do it a second time, too :) So exciting!!

Daddy's learning all about the Truffela Trees :)
